A List of 5 Simple Rules for Successful Workout Sessions
We at Penn Fitness, hope that your week one has been a success. We now move into week two to of our list of 5 Simple Rules of Successful Workout Sessions, 5 week series. Our staff knows that each of us has a busy life style that may at times limit our ability to get our daily workouts in, but what we don’t want is for you to feel that any momentum is lost. So here is a rule #2 to help keep our workout plan from being derailed.
Rule #2: WORKOUT AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK
Most of us are just beginning our fitness journey and reading rule #2 may be leaving us scratching our heads. Yes your team at Penn Fitness and Training Center does encourage engagement in daily workouts, but again lets be real, these articles are truly for those of us who identify as being busy individuals, who are caring for ourselves with a plan to achieve not only successful workout sessions, but also a successful outcome. So let’s reiterate, Investing in your fitness regime does require a commitment of “At Least 3 Days a Week.”
Here is a list of combined body parts to focus on for those individuals engaging in a three day a week workout plan;
Warmups; Stretching and Cardio
Monday; Chest and Triceps
Wednesday; Back and Biceps
Friday; Legs and Shoulders
We also encourage you to attend one of our many fitness classes, like Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Cardio Striking, offered at our center to supplement and energize your workout sessions.
