Penn’s Personal Trainer Director, Heather Rosario will be headed to the Global BodyBuild Organization’s (GBO) Mr. and Ms. Atlas Bodybuilding and Physique Competition. The event will be hosting its respectful regional winners from around the world. The “Atlas” is to be held on December 9th, 2017 in Arlington, Texas.
Heather, a dedicated trainer at Penn Fitness, has been a major influencer with the expansion of Penn’s personal training team. Having started by herself, the Penn PT team has grown to 8 top notch and professional trainers who are constantly focused on their member’s personal goal attainment. With Heather’s vision, Penn Fitness and Training Center is now one of the largest personal training department on the island.
We asked Heather to share her insight regarding her fitness journey:
“My name is Heather Rosario of Hawaii and I am the Personal Training Director here at Penn Fitness and Training. I am a wife and mother of three teens.
I started my fitness journey not so long ago right here at this (Penn) gym. I never envisioned myself on a competition stage, yet just after a year and a half of competing, placing & winning across the state I earned my pro card with the Global Bodybuilding Organization (GBO). I desire to use my status as a platform to change peoples lives by inspiring them and equipping them with tools for good health and a successful fitness journey. I am super excited to culminate my competition career representing Penn Fitness and Training Center and GBO Hawaii at the Mr. & Ms. Atlas competition this Saturday December 9th, in Arlington, Texas.
