New Years Fitness Resolution Includes A Free Gym Membership For Some Big Island Residents.

Free Gym Membership For Some On Hawaii Island

Many qualifying Hawaii residents will be experiencing support by their insurance provider, with meeting a growing movement to incorporate and support a long-term fit lifestyle. Insurance company, Kaiser Permanente has offered a “Fit Rewards” program. The “Fit Reward” program encourages its qualifying members, from 16 years of age or older, to obtain a gym membership by paying an annual fee with a participating gyms and fitness centers like, Penn Training and Fitness Center to get exercising.

How does an annual fee equate to a “free gym membership” like the title suggest? Simple, Kaiser requires it’s “Fit Rewards” program participants to meet a minimum of 45 gym visits and 30 minute workouts through the year to receive “your annual program fee back.”

How could anyone with a New Years Fitness Resolution turn down support like a free gym membership, to meet a personal goal, when such an offer is one of the best Return on Investments (ROI) in one’s self? We rather not dwell on such a thought, when fitness starts somewhere, at any level and at any time. We are just happy that we are here to support your fitness resolution.

Hawaii Island’s, Penn Fitness and Training Center can even add Brazilian jiujitsu classes for an additional fee.
